How to Activate Your eSIM
Use either a QR Code or a Manual Activation Code
Follow the steps below to activate your eSIM easily:
- Check device compatibility: Make sure your phone supports eSIM (iPhone XR+, Samsung S20+, Pixel 3+, etc.).
- Connect to the internet: Wi-Fi or mobile data is required for activation.

Open device settings:
Go to Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs (wording may vary by device). - Tap “Add eSIM” or “Add mobile plan”.

Choose your activation method:

Option 1: Scan QR Code
Point your camera at the QR code you received after purchase and wait for the device to read it. -
Option 2: Enter Activation Code Manually
Tap Enter details manually or Use activation code, then type in the:- SM-DP+ Address
- Activation Code
- Optional Confirmation Code (if provided)

Option 1: Scan QR Code
- Allow installation: Your phone will download and install the eSIM profile. This may take a few seconds.
- Restart your device after installation to finalize setup.
- Set your preferred SIM: Choose your eSIM as the default for mobile data, calls, or leave it for data only.
Tip: Keep your QR code or activation code saved somewhere safe — you may need it again if you reset your device.
